Whiteleaf Lupine
Upright to ascending from woody base. Plant covered with silver hairs. Multiple stems can reach 2 ft. Stems rather flimsy, can be either decumbent or erect. Leaves mostly at base of plant, palmately divided, 8–10 leaflets. Inflorescence is 4–12 in. Flowers purple or lavender with yellow or white patch. Seedpods hairy. Found in open or rocky places at low to mid elevations.
