Nuttall's Linanthus
Spreading mound, bristly, all parts fragrant. Stems many. Leaves divided, usually 5 linear parts. Flowers clustered at stem top, white to cream, tube funnel-shaped, throat yellow. Grows in dry open flats, openings in forests, sometimes in serpentine, at all elevations. Sometimes forms rather large, very showy mounds. Subsp. nuttallii is hairless or nearly so, grows east of Cascade Mountain Range.
