Ledum groenlandicum
Evergreen shrub with spreading branches. Leaves spicy-fragrant, oblong, 1–3 in. long, leather-like, smooth above, with felt-like rusty red hairs beneath, edges rolled under. Leaves hang down when mature. Flowers white, numerous in terminal clusters with stamens extended outward. Grows in bogs, swampy places, at low to mid-elevations.
