Jaumea carnosa
Succulent-like, prostrate. Stems weak, often almost flat on the ground. Leaves linear to narrowly oblong with rounded tips, fused to stems. Flower heads small, with both ray and disk flowers held in cups of fleshy, usually purple bracts. Found on tidal flats, in salt marshes, at base of cliffs along coast. Compare to Cotula coronopifolia, which occurs in same habit.
